An ICF Certified Coach with 30 plus years in the administration, marketing and sales, entrepreneurship and business leadership roles. Donna is also a health and wellness, relationship & teams coach. She helps individuals see their full leadership potential regardless of education or wealth. She also helps grow the confidence needed to "sit at the table." Donna is a subject matter expert in "Imposter Syndrome" and help others conquer their doubts and fears.
As an expert in imposter syndrome, my passion lies in helping individuals overcome self-doubt and inadequacy. Everyone experiences do-overs throughout their lives, and it's essential to embrace these moments as opportunities for growth and self-reflection.
With a diverse background that includes careers in sales, food service, and real estate management, I have gained a wealth of experience in navigating challenging situations and overcoming obstacles. I earned my certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and my Health and Wellness Certification from Intervent International. As a single parent for many years, I developed valuable skills in time management, financial planning, and team leadership. Today, as a life coach, I specialize in supporting leaders find their “seat at the table” helping them to rediscover their strengths and take on new challenges with confidence. When I'm not coaching clients or managing our rental business, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our rescue pets, including two dogs and a cat.
Despite all of my accomplishments, I still have moments of self-doubt - but I've learned to view these moments as opportunities for growth and perseverance. With my guidance, you too can overcome imposter syndrome and find success in your personal and professional life. I love taking people from imposters to

I’m never sure what I need to talk about, but within a few minutes of talking Donna knows exactly where to focus. She amazes me every time at how she picks up on what I am struggling with the most. She is very easy to talk to and makes talking about hard stuff comfortable. She has helped me work on my thoughts around losing part of my salary due to Covid-19."
